- Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of receiving your merchandise for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging, including all manufacturer labels, tags, and accessories.
Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required.
Note: Certain items are not eligible for return, including custom orders, special parts, or items marked as non-returnable.
- Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

Get a Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and specific instructions for returning your item.
Prepare the package: Please pack your item securely in its original packaging and include the RAN in your return package. Make sure the packaging is intact to prevent damage during shipping.
Ship the package: Please return the item to the address provided in the return instructions.
- Refund process
Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the returned item is defective or the item information is incorrect. - Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process above. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund and you can place a new order for your desired item. - Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt. We may ask you to provide photos of the damage to assist us in resolving the issue. For defective merchandise, we will cover all shipping costs for return shipments and issue a full refund or free replacement. - International Returns
